Dominique Drake
Ernst & Young LLP
Chair
Dominique Drake is the Americas Assurance Learning Deployment Leader for Ernst & Young LLP dedicated to facilitating the “ah-ha” moment for nearly 14k employees under her purview. She assumed this role in December 2021 after developing and leading consulting projects for over 13 years in EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice.

In addition to serving clients, Dominique invests heavily in the development of her colleagues. She has served on regional and national Steering Committees and Councils tasked with increasing awareness of DE&I and promoting a sense of belonging across EY’s offices and teams.
Beyond her work at EY, Dominique is active in her community with a keen interest on introducing opportunities to underprivileged groups. She is a Board Member for two non-profit organizations and regular volunteer at the AT&T Performing Arts Center.
Dominique holds active memberships and affiliations with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Black Accountants, National Black MBA Association, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, Inc.
Dominique is a three-time graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Allison Stewart

Allison Stewart is a shareholder in the litigation practice of Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm. Allison focuses her practice on commercial disputes over a variety of industries, including health care, restaurant franchising, oil and gas, technology, and financial services. She advises clients on contract disputes, employment issues, real estate rights, franchise disputes, and negligence defense.

Allison is a shareholder in the litigation practice of Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm. Allison focuses her practice on commercial disputes over a variety of industries, including health care, restaurant franchising, oil and gas, technology, and financial services. She advises clients on contract disputes, employment issues, real estate rights, franchise disputes, and negligence defense. Before joining the firm, she developed a guiding appreciation for the demands on in-house counsel by working throughout her time in law school in the General Counsel’s office of a global pharmaceutical and medical device company. Allison hosts “Women In Law On The Record,” which is a podcast spotlighting women in the legal field.

Austin is a licensed CPA and senior manager in KPMG’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice, specializing in structuring and tax consulting for complex corporate and partnership transactions. He advises clients across a broad spectrum of corporate taxation, with deep expertise in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, ASC 740 carve-out provisions, debt restructuring transactions, and consolidated return matters.

Austin is a licensed CPA and senior manager in KPMG’s Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice, specializing in structuring and tax consulting for complex corporate and partnership transactions. He advises clients across a broad spectrum of corporate taxation, with deep expertise in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, ASC 740 carve-out provisions, debt restructuring transactions, and consolidated return matters. Austin provides strategic tax due diligence and structuring guidance to both private and public companies operating in diverse industries, including consumer markets, energy and chemical, oil and gas, financial services, heavy industrial, and technology.
Austin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy degrees from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he also cultivated a strong connection to the local community. Driven by his commitment to giving back, he serves on the board of directors for Aspire, contributing his skills and passion to support and uplift his community. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, who inspire him daily.
Kevin Meeks

Kevin Meeks leads the Truist Bank commercial real estate and homebuilder groups in North Texas. Kevin joined Truist in 2009 to build a commercial real estate team in North Texas as BB&T (now Truist) began to establish its presence in the market. He has worked in both the national and local markets, but has spent the majority of his career in North Texas.
Kevin came to Truist, from Southwest Securities FSB where he served as senior vice president. Kevin began his career at InterFirst (formerly First National Bank in Dallas), and has assembled commercial real estate teams for both Wells Fargo and KeyBank.

For the past 40 years, Kevin has provided banking services to local, national and public real estate firms, and a diverse group of projects including single and multitenant office, multifamily, industrial, hotel and retail centers.
Kevin is a member of the Real Estate Council-Dallas and serves on the Board of the SMU/Cox Folsom Institute for Real Estate and has previously served on both The PwC SMU Athletic Forum and the North Texas Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Boards. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts (Finance) and a Master of Business Administration.
